Kylee was a nanny to our baby girl for over a year. She started when our daughter was 3 months old and became a part of our family. She brought her own daughter along and did an amazing job balancing her attention between the two girls. The bond the girls formed was such a positive influence on our daughter's early development. Kylee is incredibly knowledgable about early childhood and was always thinking up creative ways to help our daughter reach her milestones. She sent us photos and updates throughout the day, so we never felt like we were missing out. She is communicative, flexible, and reliable. She always arrived 10 minutes early and was willing to stay longer if we needed. The moment we met Kylee, we knew she was the right fit. She lights up around children and always puts a smile on their face. Her genuine investment in our family made her feel more like a co-parent. If it weren't for our own circumstances, we would never give up such a wonderful nanny. We are devastated to see her go, but we know some other family will be lucky to have her.
