We interviewed Kubratu. We told her we would request her background check and check her references. She verbally agreed. We called and offered her the job and she verbally accepted. I told her that I would need her to start this week and she agreed. I sent her the formal written offer and she never responded or formally declined. Due to the time sensitive nature of our need, I had to rescind. I hope she is well. I would not recommend.
