I have the honor of working alongside Kristy at Children of Peace. I teach 1st through 3rd grade Deaf and Hard of Hearing students and co-teach religion with Kristy. I greatly admire her passion and ability to make learning fun. I often look to her for suggestions on reading/sight word activities and educational games. She works very hard and goes out of her way to make sure that our students receive the same opportunities as the students in the general ed. population, both during the school year and in the summer.
