Kristen is a trustworthy, energetic, levelheaded and responsible young woman who is compassionate about helping others. Kristen has a head for organization and a heart for helping people. She is often the person who, upon seeing a need, will "rally the troupes" to organize a plan and see the project through to completion. She holds high standards for herself and others, works beautifully with people of all ages and is quite mature and approachable. Kristen worked with me (in a volunteer capacity) for many years as a mentor/leader for a Christian-based, touring middle-school musical/drama ministry. This position involved direct, sometimes daily contact with youth. All of the kids adored, loved, respected and learned a great deal from her and their parents appreciated and raved about Kristen's positive character traits. When placed in a position of responsibility, at all times and in all instances, Kristen was thoughtful, sincere and had the best interests of all in mind. I highly recommend Kristen in all capacities as a nanny!!
