The initial meeting can consist of making up a priority list of work to be accomplished. As your priorities shift from one service to the next, you can adjust your list and leave notes describing any special projects that you would like performed.
Rates are usually situation specific and are estimated before starting the project. Every home and client has totally different housekeeping needs and I need to learn about them before any service can be provided. Usually, the average home is $15-20/hr. Some houses could be more, depending on the amount of work needed done.
