I am looking to start working for a family as soon as they are ready. I have been working for a great family that will not need help over the summer time or next school year. I will plan a vigorous list of things to do with your children to keep them happy, educated and busy over the summer. TV (or screen items) will be for special treats and not normally used. I look forward to meet your family. I currently Teach at Kidz Ink Daycare, as head school teacher for K and go to Harvard Medical online part time. I will work to fill your family needs. I am available to work AM's, Overnights, Weekends, and after 6 p.m. weekdays. I have been taking care of children for over 20 years. My only goal is to help you not to worry while your working, and to help the children grow and thrive as people. I have been in direct contact with children who suffer from Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Tourette, ADHD, ADD, Asthma, Seizures, Down syndrome and other undiagnosed diseases. I started to work with special needs children when one of the parent I was working with in 2001 had a baby born with Spina Bifida. I have done advocacy work for the parents to make sure doctors and schools all are the same page of treatment for their child. I have taken care of children of all ages. I have many friends who were ex clients of mine. I am being invited to life events, such as graduations from old families I worked for. I love to read to children, play at the park, go for walks, and talk with kids. I believe you as the parents know what is best for your children, and if I disagree with something I will tell you, but will follow your direction. I will love the kids as if they were my own, but give you the respect as the parents to not over step my role.
