If I could give Kim more than 5 stars I would. In a time of family crisis we needed a caregiver immediately and thankfully we found Kim. Kim was kind, compassionate, dependable and reliable. The confidence she has in her skills and knowing she has over 30 years of caregiving experience made us immediately comfortable with her. She exhibits friendliness, genuineness, caring, compassion and sensitivity. She put us all at ease and we truly enjoyed her company. Kim gave my dad her undivided attention the entire time she was with him. Maintaining his dignity was important to her and she was always respectful and kind to my dad. The excellent care she gave my dad was unwavering and keeping him comfortable was her priority. My dad and Kim had a wonderful repore. The best compliment I can give Kim is that my mom was able to relax for the first time in years because she said, “Kim cares for dad just like I do”. It gave my mom peace and she was able to be by my dads side holding his hand instead of being his caregiver in his last days. Kim had consistent communication, she has empathy and listened to what our family needed. She ended up being a caregiver for my mom and us kids. She helped us every step of the way through my dads passing. She will always remain dear to our entire family.
