Hello! My name is Kiera and I'm a graduate student at the University of Michigan looking to spend my summer caring for an infant part-time. I graduated from MSU with a B. S. in Human Development & Family Studies, and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in School Social Work. I have a passion for connecting with children, which has led me to pursue working with them professionally. I have 10 years of experience working with children and infants in a variety of settings. I previously worked as a camp counselor at the Ann Arbor YMCA's Camp Al-Gon-Quian, taught child swim lessons at Veterans Memorial Park in Ann Arbor, and worked as a preschool teacher at AppleTree Learning Center. I have also nannied for two infants (newborn to six months) and was able to build really strong bonds with both the child and family. I care deeply about children hitting their developmental milestones, having fun, and remaining in safe and consistent care.
