Kerline is the best nanny on Care.com, hands down. Her rate should be $20-25+ based on her experience, expertise, punctuality and maturity. It is very hard to find someone like Kerline. She is extremely reliable, professional and amazing with children. My daughter is an energetic, high engagement seeking and talkative three year-old. Kerline has worked wonders in our household. When we first hired Kerline, my daughter was showing signs of a speech regression after being in daycare for about a month. Kerline came in and immediately understood the assignment to help my daughter start speaking back to normal again. She was like our very own speech therapist. She started engaging my daughter in conversations, helped her w/ pronunciation & helped her feel extremely comfortable. Kerline is truly a godsend and is a delight to work with.
