I am a friendly, loyal, active and dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any given environment. I am very compassionate in working with special needs children. I've worked as a direct service provider and summer camp counselor within a group home for behavioral and special needs children for 6 years. I have excellent ability to provide affection, security and continuity in the care of youth. I can positively interact with children and I can easily maintain the order, safety, cleanliness. I am self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptive and hard working person. During my tenure, I have provided much love and care to these unique individuals. I also assisted with therapy department within the facility to come up with new ideas and activities for the children. I just love to put a smile on the children's faces providing affection each and everyday.
