I have over 15 years of collective experience as a teacher, residential counselor, and caregiver. I believe I would be a great candidate for this position because of my positive, kind attitude/energy, great organizational skills, and previous experience as a residential counselor, and teacher. I also have an extensive knowledge of early childhood development through my 10 years of nanny experience and am finishing my undergrad at Framingham State for Early Childhood Education. I am an EEC Certified Teacher for children newborn to age 5, and I worked as a preschool teacher, and assisted in first, second, and kindergarten. I studied special needs at university while working with children with developmental delays, in the classroom, at home, and assisting with speech, motor, and occupational therapies. I understand kids, and am a loving caregiver and role model for kids who need a special type of care.
