I began working with children and adults with disabilities back in 2012. I worked at a summer camp, was a respite counselor, and ran a respite camp program for children and adults with both physical and mental disabilities. I also worked at a group home and was a PCA. I currently run a mentoring program for children with mental illness. I am very passionate about working with this population. Some of my best experiences have been in supporting others and helping them have the best quality care. I believe in treating all individuals with dignity and empowering others to reach their potential.
