My name is Kelly. I am 27 years old & a graduate student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I am doing the program online, so I am looking for a full time job and my availability is very flexible. I have worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for nearly 8 years. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology with minors in Biology & Neuroscience. I have done research using genetically engineered mice, testing common drugs used for ADHD. That research was published. I then went on to get my Master's in Special Education and am now working on a Master's/PhD program in Applied Behavior Analysis with emphasis in Autism. I have always wanted to work with children and love being able to teach them social and life goals to become successful & independent. I have much experience in sleep training, potty training, and working with a variety of disabilities. Every child is unique and has different learning and living styles. Luckily with my educational background and work experience, I am able to assess and address the uniqueness of each child.

Kelly worked as an applied behavior analysis therapist under my supervision for nearly two years. In this capacity, she provided behavioral treatment to children with autism. Kelly followed an educational/developmental curriculum tailored for each client. She implemented teaching techniques and behavior management procedures and she documented the clients' progress with meticulous data collection methods. Kelly was a very conscientious and skilled behavior therapist. She related well to the children, their parents and to her fellow therapists.
