Hello! Thank you for looking into my profile! My name is Kelly and I am currently a special education teacher at a middle school working with 6th grade students with mild to severe disabilities. I graduated from James Madison with a Masters degree in teaching & special education. I have 5 years of experience working at a camp with children who have disabilities. I love working with all ages and love doing fun activities including being outdoors, watching movies, doing errands and making crafts. I love cooking, and would be happy to prepare healthy meals for your child each day. I am also more than happy to do light cleaning around the house and run errands. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I know American Sign Language at an advanced level and would love to work with a child who may be deaf or hard of hearing. I am happy to teach Sign Language to your child if that interests you.
