Hello! I taught high school math and computer science and am now a new stay at home Mom for a beautiful baby boy. I have a California Single Subject Mathematics Credential and am Common Core certified from the Curtis Center. Moreover, I have a B. S. in Math for Teaching with specialization in Computing and a Masters in Education from UCLA. I have tutored math for more than 10 years in levels ranging from 6th grade to college mathematics. I have also tutored (and taught) remotely, so I am comfortable with online sessions. During my time as a teacher I taught Algebra 1, Exploring Computer Science, Algebra 2, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP Computer Science A. I love learning and helping others learn. I am experienced in working with a variety of learning styles and believe that a good relationship with students is key to their learning.
