I have a M. S. Ed degree in elementary education w/ a specialization in language & literacy, 30+ years in childcare & 18 years as a professional reading specialist for K-12 students. In addition to providing care for little ones, I also work as a private reading coach with students who may be frustrated & struggling with a variety of learning challenges related to literacy. I have a flexible schedule, am COVID vaccinated + all boosters, have NO criminal background, possess an excellent driving record, PLUS I'm certified in pediatric/adult First Aid & CPR. So why do I choose to spend my days caring for and teaching kids? Basically, b/c I absolutely LOVE teaching & learning one on one with children of all ages (from the tiniest babies to teens). It brings me tremendous joy to not just empower young people w/ knowledge, but also help them develop their characters, instruct them on how to recognize and celebrate their self-worth, and leave them with a genuine life-long love of learning!!

Kelly has been nannying for us for the past 3 months and we couldn't be more grateful for all her help. She has been with us since our baby was 3 months and he is now 6 months and she is always actively working on cultivating his growth and skills, which is so important during those very early months, and making sure he is reaching all his milestones. Recently she has helped us to start introducing solids too which has been so helpful. She is truly amazing with our baby boy and he absolutely adores her. I always feel so comfortable leaving him under Kelly's care which is a lot for a first time mom. You will not ever have to guess if your baby is in the best care with Kelly!!
