I've been caring for seniors, since I was a little girl. My aunt owned nursing homes and I helped her regularly. I was 12 years old, when I started assisting my aunt work Senior Care.
At the age of 18, I started caring for individuals that suffered from mental illnesses.
In August 2013 I started working for Home Instead Senior Care, in Martinsburg WV. As of February 14th, 2018, I am no longer employed there; by choice.
I am a mother of 5, I attend church regularly, my children are very active in sports and activities. In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book.
The experiences that I've gained from working work seniors, is amazing. I enjoy their stories, their laughter, and all that comes with them.
I have experience working with Alzheimer's & Dementia. I actually taught a course on it. I am experienced in personal care as well.
