Kellie responded to our request for a meetup to consider her as staff for our adult special needs daughter on a phone call with us. I sent her two text reminders and left a phone call voicemail to remind her of our 10:30 am appointment the day before. Kellie was a no show to the interview for a job that she agreed to attend at a Tim Hortons and did not respond to any more contact after my husband sat there waiting for her at the coffee shop, nor did she respond to any text message or callback. Just glad we found out she's this irresponsible before hiring her. Unfortunate that people behave this way. A simple response would have been appropriate and appreciated after interacting if she intended to cancel the appointment. I do not recommend hiring her based on my experience. A no show is predictive of future behavior.
