Kellie is a very diligent worker. She is a self starter, and does not idle. You won't find her chatting away with friends; when she wasn't helping me with a task, she created her own tasks, that she knew would benefit me. I hired her as my caregiver( I am paralyzed), and she helped me with my daily living tasks. If you're paralyzed you know just how personal the help you require is, and Kellie performed all of the tasks I required of her with compassion and care. All that aside, Kellie is a wonderful person, and someone I consider a friend. I still speak with her, months after her employment finished and have every intention of maintaining a friendship. You should not hesitate in hiring her; you will not regret it.
