I have worked for many families over the years with only children all the way up to five children. I love being around kids and teaching arts and crafts, I believe every moment can be a learning moment for kids. Some of my favorite things to do with littles is to take them on 'mini adventures' which translates to going on hikes. I am comfortable schooling children and have two bachelor degrees and am a couple credit shy of my masters in social work. I am currently learning Montessori and believe in gentle parenting. I am open to learning new ways, and being part of your littles lives.

Kaylie is an absolutely remarkable person and professional who was nothing short of a lifesaver for us during a time of much uncertainty. While she was full-time care-giving for our 3 boys (6, 3, and 11mos), she was thoughtful, communicative, organized, so caring, and regularly went above and beyond in things that add up when you're caring for 3 small children, such as prepping dinner, doing arts and outside activities, helping with homework, and tidying up. She even helped our two older boys with organizing their schoolwork when we transitioned to online school. On top of that, Kaylie proved herself to be immeasurably trustworthy and cool under stress. When we were swarmed with yellow jackets during a hike, Kaylie was prepared, kept the baby safe, and administered First Aid as well as helped us get the kids to safety. If you want to hire someone who cares deeply about kids and also demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise, Kaylie is your person! We ultimately made the difficult decision to bring my husband home from work due to the mounting pressures of COVID, but we couldn't be more thankful for everything Kaylie did for us and our kiddos while she was here.
