Kayla was not just a nanny, she was part of our family! She did everything to include picking up my son from school when he was sick, going on skiing trips with us to help with my special needs son (8), taking my daughter (12) to weekly appointments when I couldn't take herself, to asking if she could take my daughter out for a girls day because she knew my daughter had a rough week.
If I wasn't home, Kayla would call to ask questions instead of assuming, which is not everyone does. Kayla comes from a good family who are kind, love kids, is patient, understanding and genuinely cares.
Kayla is also more than willing to learn. My son had a feeding tube implanted and Kayla did everything when needed. In the summer, she took my kids EVERYWHERE. She's not one of those nanny's/sitters who lets your kids sit on the couch or playing video games all day. She would take them to the pool for hours without a complaint.
Had Kayla not gotten married and moved, she would still be our nanny!
