About Katie

Hello! I'm a previous elementary school teacher with 10+ years experience teaching first grade/kindergarten and 17 years private tutoring. When my children were born I took a break from the classroom to raise them. My experience is with 4-8-year-old's. It would be my pleasure to meet your child and help them gain confidence in their reading, writing and math. I love teaching children to read and write! One of the methods I use is Spalding Phonics, which has been proven to help children excel in reading and spelling. It's amazing to see the results from this approach!
