I am a level 3 MSDE credentialed Child Care Administrator, and have all required trainings for Child Care in the State of Maryland as well as numerous other trainings. I love working with children, watching them learn new things and become confident in their abilities. Katie is absolutely AMAZING! We've known her for 2-1/2 years: preschool teacher/administrator (age 2-3) and home school teacher/nanny (age 3-4). We hired Katie to come to our home during the pandemic, and it was the BEST decision we could have made! She keeps him engaged in meaningful activities throughout the day with themed lesson plans, including art projects, science experiments, handwriting, and lots of reading! (She's also exposing him to Spanish & sign language!) They do physical activities every day, including yoga, bike rides, and trips to the playground! He is learning so much, and also having so much fun! He loves Katie like part of our family, because she is! Katie also manages our son's special health needs (Type 1 diabetes). She learned so quickly and is so dedicated, and we trust her completely! On top of everything else, Katie is always on time, always flexible, and always has a positive attitude. She is truly one of a kind, and any family would be blessed to have her!
