Katie is full of life. She is respectful, intelligent, communicative, intuitive, and fun. Katie maintains an excellent balance of structure and creativity. She's attentive to those she's caring for, an interactive and present care-giver. She has a strong knowledge of development and is interested in cultivating and nurturing growth in every direction. Katie encourages curiosity and expression while also maintaining good boundaries to allow kids to have the safety and freedom to explore and discover. Experienced in care for newborns and toddlers and working as a first grade teacher, Katie understands caring for children in the details and the big pictures. One could confidently leave their children with Katie and know not just that they are safe but that they will be loved and nurtured well.
