Kathleen is simply the best. We knew we would like her right away when she came over for the meet and greet. H is super shy, typical pandemic baby. Kathleen gave him his space at first, and then got right down on the floor with him to get on his level and make him feel comfortable. He warmed up to her right away. She is super sweet, knows her stuff regarding children, and punctual. My new go-to babysitter!
