When I began working at Aquinas, a Montessori school, I came in contact with many children. Their ages ranged from 2 to 12. Many of the children I have worked with have special needs. I have been to many training's for ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, ADD, and other needs at Loyola University. My major at Trinity is Special Education. I truly believe children are innately good and finding their own path in life. I like to serve as a helpful aide. I have also dedicated my time in a public school setting working alongside Special Ed teachers in a middle school to further enhance my understanding of children's needs.

Katherine was kind, friendly and patient while caring for our 1 year old and Autistic 4 year old. As a parent of a child on the spectrum- finding a babysitter who is the right fit can be an anxiety inducing situation. Our son took a liking to Katherine right away and she did a great job with him. We felt like our children were in capable hands the entire time.
