I have been a nanny for 7 years , My last position I worked for a family in San Francisco, 2 school age children, duties included family calendar, errands, house manger, family assistant, school and activities driving, cooking, and cleaning. One of the children was dyslexic and had an immune disorder. I also have a daughter who is 4 years old and has severe autism, so I know firsthand how hard it can be.
