I have over 4 years of experience, working with adults and children, with various disabilities. Although my primary experience has been working with Autistic children and adults. I work well with non-verbal children and adults. Am familiar with various behavioral modification plans, as well as communication systems such as P.E.C.S. and the Token Reward Systems. I am willing to work with families who need someone to follow and implement already designed behavioral plans, and I also am familiar with various tracking requirements. I do have a full time position, working with the disability policy, but I miss the interactions I get, when working directly with children and adults with various disabilities. Due to my full time position, I am unable to work during the week. I am looking mainly, for weekend work, maybe one or two weekday evening/nights.
