I'm passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for students. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning, going beyond simple memorization. With a college degree and one year of experience, I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material to understand their individual learning style. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes. Communication is key, and I believe in building trust through open dialogue with both students and parents. The most rewarding aspect of being a tutor is witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I would love to share my enthusiasm for learning and help your student thrive.
