About Kaila

Hi! I'm a very energetic, curious, and engaged person with 7 years of childcare ranging from a full time overnight camp counselor, to an art teacher at after school programs. I prioritize the boundaries, creative expression, and safety of all children/youth that I work with, with the understanding that this will look different in practice for every family and child. I also have experience creating games, activities, and assisting with schoolwork, and am able to adjust appropriately for any age range, as well as being fluent in Spanish.
