When I am surrounded by children, and I am part of a village that is their family, I feel full, and happy. I am a caretaker at heart, and I still adore my previous nanny children, and talk with them/visit them often. There is something magical about showing a 3-year-old a grain of sand under a microscope, or teaching a child something with which he or she is struggling, watching them excel, and grow, and become this amazing, unique little person.
