I adore working with children. In my teens I was the neighborhood baby sitter helping out families who needed help on a date night or to help the kids after school while Mom/Dad were working. This passion followed me into college where I volunteered to work with infants and toddlers in children's ministry in my spare time. After graduating with my degree, I worked as a Mother's Helper for 2-year-old (turning 3) twin boys. In this position I helped them achieve developmental milestones such as; socializing, communication, early education and cognitive development, fine and gross motor skills through play activities, and the joys potty training, in order to prepare them for preschool. I have BLS (basic life support) and First Aide training, and also have ServeSafe food certification which keeps me updated on food safety and health standards. I love outdoor activities, crafts, and music. My goal is to provide your children with the the best, fun, and safe environment for them to grow.
