Kaci came to work for me a few years ago, in a group home for 8 developmentally disabled men. She was dependable, always showing up for work, and on time. Kaci showed compassion for the guys while working hard to teach them necessary daily living skills. She not only earned their trust, but the trust of all of us. She took care of their needs, nutritionally, medically, financially, and emotionally. She would be an asset to your team and I would hire her back immediately if given the chance.
