Hi, My name is Justine, I am an experienced Licensed practical nurse (LPN). I am a very compassionate person and I always go extra miles to make a difference in my client's daily lives. Duties I do include: Medication administration, working under supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to assist in client's assessment of the physical, psychological. assists in planning an individual treatment program by using available resources in planning care, and consults with RNs and other staff. obtaining diagnostic tests, specimens, performs EKGs and vital signs measurement. Treat my clients with dignity and confidentiality of their information. provides a safe environment for my clients and their family members. Attends mandatory staff meetings and trainning. attend to my client's call lights in a timely manner and hourly roundings on all my clients.
