If you get a chance, I would highly suggest hiring Juli! She is my favorite caregiver! When I first interviewed her, I went with my positive intuition and fortunately it turned out right. She has truly become a part of our family. She is a thoughtful, honest person who you can count on. She shows patience with toddlers and this is what has impressed me most. She is also great with newborns. My younger baby had to issues with feeding and reflux and Juli would do her best to feed the baby on time and even give belly rubs. The kids are a little older now but if we had to go back, we would choose her again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend!
