My experience with pets is always growing. In 2011, my family noticed a kitten that was taking shelter under one of our sheds behind our house. For days we tried to catch the kitten to no avail. Soon, we realized that all we needed to do we cut up pieces of chicken and leave them on a plate closer and closer to the house until the kitten finally just walked in. We took the kitten to a vet, found out she was a girl, and named her Jinx. She has been a part of our family for 8 years. My cousin's family also has a dog named Pepper. When her family goes on vacations or there is no one home to care for the dog, she is sent over to us to be in our care for the time needed. In addition, in 2016, one of my neighbors contacted me in request to feed and clean up after her cat and kittens on the weekends that the family went away (which in the summer, is almost every weekend). I really love pets and have no problem doing the dirty work!
