I have worked in daycare centers since I was 16. I got a job as a Nanny 2 years ago, where I worked with a 2 year old boy and 6-month-old girl. Some of my duties were dropping off and picking up from school, bring to activities such as music, gym and play dates, making lunches and dinners. I did bath time and sometimes bed time and I would also do light housework, children's laundry and dishes.

Joia has been our nanny since my son was 6 months old and since my daughter was born. Our care needs have changed: need a live-in and we moved to a new house and she can no longer be with us :(
She loves our children like her own and I trust her completely to the point that my husband and I don't have to check-in.
She has had previous experience caring for children at daycare which is a plus.
She teaches the kids since she is 6 months away from completing her Child Development Associates (aka can teach pre-school, nursery, etc.).
She has taught them numerous songs, manners, and practical life applications (potty, eating properly, clean-up)...
I love that my children love her and call her Tita. I love that my children (my entire family) have gotten to know her family and respect her and her family.
She is extremely neat and organized. She loves to put things in order and help the kids with crafts and activities.
She is a safe driver and gets my kids to school, activities, and even her house to visit with the fam!
She can cook and prep yummy meals and loves everything clean like I do!
So parting with her will be difficult as she has seen my children grow up but you will be lucky to get her....
