I've been taking care of elderly people for over 10 years as my full-time job. In terms of experience, I started since my grandmother was diagnosed of Alzheimer's disease long time ago. I learned and realized that to be in this kind of job you need to be personally experience all the things needed on how to take care of elderly person. So far, I already took care 10 or more people most of them are all long term. I can work live-in or hourly and my nationality is Filipino. I have worked with people who have Alzheimer's disease, dementia, stroke patients, and aging people who need companionship. I can do bathing, food preparation, medication (as instructed by family), exercise, driving, light housekeeping, (for elderly) woman patients I also do simple basic make-up for their face and hair grooming.. I like taking my patients to the park, mall's, church, and anywhere they could enjoy going as part of their daily activities.. I also like playing board games with them and sharing stories..
