Hi there, my name is Jodi and I have 15 years of professional cleaning working for Property Management companies, cleaning summer homes, residential and have had 2 rentals of my own. I have all of my own supplies to include a vacuum, steam mop, rags and cleaning products. I am very thorough, pay attention to detail and know how to stage a home for guest check in. Looking for a few more vacation rental or summer homes to clean and can also deep clean and paint your monthly rentals when your tenants move out. I have a pick up truck so if you need me to do a dump run I can do that too. I am great at organizing as well and had a 5 star rating for both of my own rentals which are rented monthly at this time.
