Our family absolutely adored Joann she was loving yet firm and I believe that is what every 1 and 4 year old needs. She would pick up the older one from preschool twice a week, take the boys to lunch after school, pick up groceries if needed basically anything you need she was willing to help with. Being able to trust someone with the loves of your life isn't easy, so if that is what your looking for you will find it in Joann! Wishing she still lived near by our family misses her tremendously.
