Joan has been a friend of mine for over 20 years. She has a huge heart and is wonderful with children. Joan would do anything for anyone and always has a smile on her face, she is always positive. Joan cares for my son after school, he has ADHD. Homework used to be a struggle last year when I would do it with him. Joan makes it fun and he doesn't mind it, his homework is always done when I pick him up. I am happy to no longer have to fight with him when I get home from work to get it done. She also set up a positive reward system and updates their goals so he can continue to strive towards his personal best. I am lucky my son has her as a caregiver.
