Being adopted and raised by my grandparents, I have a deep respect to this population. So many life experiences have brought them to where they are and each other of them deserve the care and respect to help carry them further. I received my Certified Nurses Assistant degree over 10 years ago. I worked in a nursing home (4 years), with my grandparent in their care (4+ years), and in a few residential homes as a Direct Service Professional for senior adults with special needs (7+ years.) Direct Service Professionals and Certified Nurses Assistants have similar responsibilities in regards to daily ADLs, preferred hobbies, and general care.

Jessica was fantastic helping take care of my elderly grandfather and my two dogs! She was patient, attentive, asked questions to ensure she provided the highest quality of care. She is certified in CPR/First aid, so I knew if anything were to happen with my grandfather she was care for him appropriately. If I ever need help again, she will be my first call.
