Mama Doula LLC is a tri-fold service: I offer Certified Postpartum Doula care, Personal Chef services and can be hired as a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA to do private care giving. Being a certified as a Doula means I have a clean background check, up to date Infant, Child, and Adult CPR & First Aid certification, do continuing education & adhere to standards of my profession. Postpartum doulas' offers practical, physical, and emotional support to families with newborns through the first year of life. As a Personal Chef, I prepare seasonal, custom menus designed for specialized diets specific to people's nutritional needs. During the Pandemic I am preparing these meals remotely from a commercial kitchen in S. Seattle for pick up or delivery. CNA home care services cover the gamut: ADLs, food preparation, toileting, grooming, socialization, errands, transfers, light housekeeping & nurse delegation.
