I love animals and grew up caring for my neighbor's pets 3 times a year - 6 dogs, over 10 fish, 2 birds, 2 bearded dragons, 2 ginnea pigs. I have also cared for rabbits, lambs, chickens, and goats. More recently I have cared for a family of 2 cats for the past 3 years, while the family is on vacation. I have volunteered at a cat shelter for 4 years, with over 100 cats. So I am very comfortable with all types of cats and cleaning litter, feeding, distribution of medicine, light household cleaning. I also grew up with dogs, but am only comfortable with well trained dogs, especially if they need walks. I am comfortable staying the night if that's your preference. I can put out the trash on trash day, water plants, and get the mail as well!
