I give 110% in anything I do. I strive to show kindness and compassion towards anyone I meet. As an educator, I leave room for personal growth by allowing people to learn new teachings through their five senses. I use positive encouraging words of affirmation to ensure positive growth is occurring. I divert my energy to creating fun and individualized goals to meet the diverse needs of whoever I'm working with. I stay organized by creating a document that tracks the persons goals, schedule, interests, and up to date data tracking. I am an effective communicator who will keep in touch with the persons home care providers. I will do this daily/as needed to ensure instruction is being implemented smoothly and properly. I've had several different teaching roles from first grade to high school in the Greece Central School District, private at home tutoring, nannying, experience working with a multitude of behaviors, caretaking roles, and 10 years of teaching dance/movement classes.
