My mother told me something and I hold it as one of the truest things in life. Everyone has some sort of disability, but some peoples disabilities may be more obvious than others. If I never mentioned this anyone reading this would probably never know this about me, I have a learning disability in math, I am also mildly germophobic which in turn makes me slightly obsessed about cleanliness. I have had the privilege to meet some amazing people with a variety of special needs and I have had the honor to be a part of these peoples lives. Last year, I was offered the opportunity to care for a low-functioning autistic boy. He was one of the most amazing, wonderful, and just down right fun kids I've ever had the chance to meet and care for. I am hopeful for another opportunity to be of service to another person with special needs and their family.

I found Jessica through Care.com when I was planning my trip to Vegas. I am in a wheelchair, so I needed to find someone to help me during my stay out there. Jessica is very responsible, she always showed up at the exact times that I needed her. She is also a super nice and easygoing person and I immediately felt comfortable with her shortly after meeting her. Thank you, Jessica, for being an awesome caregiver and for your help in making my trip great! :)
