While getting my degree I worked as a Nanny for a family in Boston. I was with them from the time the child was 6months old to 4yrs. The summer of 2016 I was Nanny for a 2yr old boy. It was a short term job with a beginning and an end. We did some home play in his playroom but also took numerous trips to local zoo, blueberry picking, children's museum and local library to participate in town/library children's activities. From the fall of 2016 to Sept 2018 I worked as a certified home daycare assistant in Ma. We had up to 10 children a day. 3 infants (3months to 1 yr), 3 children 2yrs, and 4 children 3yrs or older. We provided a safe play and learning environment, breakfast, lunch and many snacks. Over the years I have also worked with elderly clients, running errands, picking up prescriptions, meal planning, and cooking and serving meals. I have even worked overnight, which consisted of sleeping at the house so there was someone with her overnight. References available.
