My husband and I lucked out when we were able to hire Jess to care for our 3-month-old once I went back to work. She is the BEST nanny to our son. Not only does she keep him engaged and happy all day, she does so with such incredible patience and kindness. She also fills the time he is napping with cleaning, doing dishes, meal prep, laundry, vacuuming... she is always asking what else she can do for me while. There have been many nights that I've been able to quickly and easily prepare dinner because of her meal prep abilities, and after work, that is a godsend. I hope that she will continue nanny for us for a long long time!
