About Jessa

During my career, I managed to accumulate nearly 3 years in daycare centers. As well volunteering in the ministry for Sunday school for two years at a church before. In both my academic and professional life, I have been complimented on my resilience, hard-work and flexibility by my co-workers, parents and upper management. Whether working on academics, projects, or activities I apply proven communication, establish and encourage positive behavior for children. I can adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests, needs and learning styles. I develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. I have the capability by helping with their gross motor skills and their character. With all these accumulated skill sets I believe that is why I should be considered for the position.
