Jennifer is a longtime friend of mine, but that is not why I offered to write a reference for her. I offered because I know how wonderful she is with children. I teach dance in Middle School where Jennifer has volunteered many times. With her avid interest and support of the arts, she has always been willing to help with performances. She works directly with the students as they prepare to go onstage, (helping with hair and makeup), oversees them backstage, (keeping them quiet and focused) and does it all with enthusiasm and poise. Jennifer has a great rapport with kids. She is honest, intelligent, friendly, and fun. With her background as a social worker, her natural way with children, and her caring manner, I don't think you could find a better person for this type of work.
